My name is Gabe. I am a Special Needs, blind Cocker Spaniel due to blood flow problems. I am neutered, 9 years old and looking for a new forever home. My owner has health issues that make it hard to care for me. I have been a pampered companion and very loved. I was adopted as a young pup. I have had a good life, been treated well and I know that this has been a tough decision for him to give me up. He is heartbroken, but wants to do the right thing so that I can have a great rest of my life.
I am on monthly flea/ heartworm prevention and my vetting needs are current. I am house trained and micro-chipped. I am active, good with other dogs and I navigate the house really well considering I can't see. I am a cuddle bug and would enjoy spending quality time with you indoors. I am good on a leash, I do well at the groomer and I am a good car rider. I am very smart. I would love to be your new best friend and sweet baby boy. I am a happy, go lucky kind of guy. A fenced yard is needed to keep me safe when I am let outside to do my business. Please don't let my blindness keep you from adopting a great cocker spaniel boy who needs a caring owner and a 2nd chance to be very loved.
An adoption fee will be discussed and a vet reference is required to make sure that I get a great home. You must be willing to drive to Charleston, SC if approved.
If you are interested in adopting me, please contact: Colby Brown; by sending an email message to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
