A FENCED BACKYARD IS A MUST, this cocker boy will be a wonderful companion for you to love. He will do best with children 6 and older.
Meet Bailey, a smaller red cocker spaniel boy about 2 years old. He was constantly seen running around loose with another dog in the neighborhood where he lived. Their owner had been warned several times by animal control to keep them confined to the property. One day while they were out, his doggie friend bit a child, so both of them were taken to a NC shelter. The other dog was put in quarantine and their owner was contacted to claim him but didn't want to pay the fees to get him out. She then surrendered both dogs to the shelter. He was a such a nice cocker boy the staff asked for rescue help to get him a good home.
He is heartworm negative and is now neutered. He is a friendly, easy going guy who gets along well with people, dogs and can be with children 6 and older. He will be a wonderful companion for someone to adopt and love. It would be his dream come true to find a home where he can be a favorite indoor doggie, spend quality time with you and be your sweet baby boy. He would love to share a great life with you and have you spoil him for the wonderful guy that he is. A fenced backyard is a must, so that he will have a safe place to romp and play and then can come back inside to be with you.
